Lisa Noumbissi: founder of CaliCo Salon & Education Studio.
I’m a native Washingtonian, a mother of two, and I’ve spent the past 20 years building my career in the beauty industry. For the last 12 years, I’ve worked as a master colorist, helping clients express themselves and feel confident through beautiful, customized hair color.
Over the past three years, my passion has expanded beyond working behind the chair. I’ve pivoted toward educating and mentoring the next generation of hairstylists—helping them strengthen their skills, grow successful businesses, and build careers they can be proud of.
CaliCo brings all of those experiences together- artistry, education, and community- and focuses on a genuine commitment to helping beauty professionals thrive.
